Visiting Assistant Professor of Mathematics
Moshe Cohen grew up in the region, obtained his B.S. from Binghamton University, obtained his Ph.D. from Louisiana State University, and spent six years in research postdoctoral positions in Israel at both Bar-Ilan University and the Technion, Israel's Institute of Technology.
His research interests lie in the overlap between low-dimensional topology and combinatorics and so are accessible to undergraduates. He is currently accepting new undergraduate research students; see website for more details.
He also maintains the department's Math & Stats Major Moodle page; email him to be added.
